When a person makes a statement for the judicial system it is taken word for word and signed by the person. However in Aruba, this process has been altered to fit in with their system of injustice. A statement is given, the police rewrite it, omitting the the parts that they feel are dangerous and show it to the statement giver in another language then ask them to sign it. Never realizing it is no longer a true statement by that person but a hearsay statement of their own.

It makes you wonder if the judge is aware of the fact that these supposed witness statements are not actually the statements of the witnesses but the police's hearsay statement of what the witness actually said less any details the police wanted left out. Due to the fact that the judges have a problem with allowing their names to be published when they have made absurd decisions in cases, I have to wonder.

Another thing that is irratating. How on earth can a judge determine that Paulus Van Der Sloot is no longer a suspect in a case that is NOT solved? Does this judge have ESP? Or has he predetermined that he and his friends on the judiciary have no plans of finding Paulus guilty even IF he were to be charged? That sure seems to be the most likely scenario. I suppose next the judge will determine that Natalee ran away, the investigation was a waste of time and Natalee's family owes Aruba for the cost of what little they have done.

Aruba has Natalee's blood all over it. It is one bloody little island.

BOYCOTT THE DUTCH

On November 8, 2005 Governor Riley of Alabama and Beth Holloway-Twitty asked the good people of the US to participate in a boycott of Aruba and the dutch territories in hopes of putting some economic pressure on the powers that be into finally opening a legitimate investigation into to disappearance of Natalee Holloway. The complete lack of cooperation and intimidation techniques used by the Aruban law enforcement and the goverrnment officials on Aruba have been seriously unprofessional, unethical and extremely distressing.

Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway have shown the utmost patience and concern for the people of Aruba while attempting to work with LE to no avail. LE has constantly threatened to stop the investigation, refused to speak to the family, bad-mouthed the family and anyone that helps them besides the general rudeness of asking how much money they had to look for her and telling them to have a beer and wait a few days she was probably laid up at a crack house. The prosecutor has been equally condecending beginning with her negative connotation of the family as "cowboys" and a "posse" insinuating they were out to lynch someone. Her failure to keep an open line of communication with the family and watching her slam the car door in people's faces was a bit over the top. Her vacation in the middle of what should have been an important part of the case was absurd and more proof that she was not taking this seriously. When one considers that this is the biggest case to ever hit the island of Aruba, you would think they would do their best to solve the crime quickly and efficiently. Instead they have dragged their feet, made excuses, lost evidence, released suspects, taken vacations, and forgotten more than they knew.

It is a shame the the people of Aruba do not see that the real problem is their own law enforcement and government. They have been spoonfed by Aruba Today and Bondia that this is all the fault of Natalee's family. Aruban law enforcement and their government refuses to admit any errors whatsoever. They continue to claim they have done a thorough investigation and the family is just out for revenge. They naturally will not show any proof of any type of investigation, because they can't. It is extremely unfortunate that the majority of people in Aruba are unable to think for themselves and must rely on the propaganda spread by their government, but I am sure that IS the way the government likes it. It gives them the ultimate control.

Aruba will die as it should or the PIMPS will continue to rape and molest tourists that are stupid enough to travel there. Either way, Natalee did not die in vain. Her death served as a big wake up call to travelors worldwide, our predators are getting younger thanks to the coaching of their parents and governments which encourage sick and perverted behavior as long as it does not affect their economy. Shame on Aruba, the Netherlands and the other countries which support pedohiles and encourage the sexual abuse of women of children. May you be blessed with mother nature's violent wrath.

Greta interviewed Raul a friend of the landfill witness that claims the witness is telling the truth as far as he knows. Raul says the witness told him that he saw 3 guys in a white pick up truck take a body of a female that was in a black plastic bag but the hair and part of the chest fell out, he could see she was blond, they put the body in a hole and put some dirt on it and left. He told the police that day but they ignored him. When the picture of the 3 guys was in the paper he said "that is the guys I saw at the landfill with the dead girl "and he or his brother made a call the police and landfill manager. It was difficult to understand everything this man said as his English was poor

Could it Be?

Satish Kalpoe is the 18 year old brother of Deepak. Described by his mother, Nadira Ramirez as "a little more soft and understanding" than his brother. Satish had been living in Aruba about 3 years while 21 year old Deepak had been there for 7 years.

Deepak had been friends with Joran. Satish was not really as much fun to hang out with. But on May 29th when Joran called Deepak to see if he wanted to go to Carlos 'n Charlies; Satish would have pick him up. The boys were in luck that night, Deepak had run into his friend Steve at the Cybercafe and scored some X.

Deepak and Satish pulled up in front of Holiday Inn as he came walking out ready for a night of fun. Each grabbed an X and set off for Carlos 'n Charlies. Joran carefully grabbed the 4th tablet and the baggie it was in and began crushing the pill into a fine powder. With the radio blaring, the 3 young men rolled onto L.G.Smith Blvd. in the silver Honda. They arrived at the bar just before midnight. Satish and Deepak set off to make a few sales while Joran stalked his prey.

Over the next hour Joran poured the contents of the baggie into Natalees drink. Deepak and Steve make several hundred dollars and it seemed as if everyone was very happy in Aruba. Carlos 'n Charlies closes at 1:30 AM on Sundays, so the walkway out front was full of drunk and happy people being scurried outside. Natalee was seen by another group of Mountain Brook High graduates indicating that she was fine and planning to catch a cab with some friends up ahead and she would meet them back at the hotel in a few minutes. Then Natalee got into a silver Honda with a tall guy they recognized from their hotel but not from their school. It was later determined by witnesses that there were 3 males in the car with Natalee. Unnamed witnesses or an unnamed witness claimed Natalee yelled out the window "wahoo Aruba" as the car drove away, but that has never been verified. Another unnamed witness now claims to have seen Natalee leave with Deepak only.

Natalee was on her last night in Aruba, she wanted to have all the fun she could. She and her friends had gone to Carlos and Charlies several times during this trip, she was sure she would have a great time. After arriving Natalee had a fancy drink and danced with friends. She wandered around and say goodbye to her newfound friends when she saw that tall boy that had been giving her the once over at the casino earlier. He was good looking and she was interested in meeting him. Within minutes the young man approached her with a drink in hand just for her. Natalee warmly accepted and they struck up a conversation. The music was loud and hearing was difficult so they danced a while when Natalee said she needed some fresh air. Suddenly she was feeling very, very drunk. The young man, Joran asked his friend to give them a ride so they could get some air and less noise. Besides the bar was about to close anyway. Natalee made them promise to take her back to the Holiday Inn and got into the car.

They drove to the lighthouse but found others there so they left and went down the beach toward the fishing huts. Meanwhile Natalee is beginning to come in and out of consciousnous. As Joran and Natalee step out of the car, she stumbles, he helps her up and she smiles. Walking down the beach, Natalee begins to feel nauseas. Juron is still trying kiss and grope her, she becomes angry and scared, she can't keep her thoughts straight. Juron is raping her and her mind is so fuzzy. He gets up and Natalee tries to run but she stumbles again and again. Deepak is laughing at her and runs up from behind and tackles her. As he rapes her, she yells "NO, NO" . He hits her telling her to shut up. Natalee vomits then doesn't make another sound. She has passed. Deepak dresses himself before he realizes she is not moving. He hopes she is unconscious.

The boys can't believe this happened. No one is sure how she died, maybe the X, or maybe she choked on her vomit but they knew that they did not kill her. Juron remembered a place where they were building a new school, it would be easy to bury her there. She was wrapped in a towel and buried in a shallow grave.

Juron knows that he must tell his father. His father was the only judge on the island, he would give them advice and help them. Early in the morning, they told Paulus that she had probably taken something or drank too much and was hitting on them so they took her to the beach and she got sick and died. The boys were scared and did not know what else to do they explained to Paulus.

Paulus and another man went to retrieve the body, afraid it would be found. Paulus' friend had access to a boat and a lobster trap that would hold the body. They placed her in the trap with concrete blocks from the nearby building site and headed out to sea. The man knew that he had lost many traps in a specific area. Due to the tide or storms if the cages lost their anchor, they would wash out to sea. He assured Paulus this cage would be long gone by nightfall. They dropped her body into the ocean, declaring it a "burial at sea". Paulus paid him handsomely for his services.

Within days Paulus was consumed by people demanding hush money. Information about Natalee was up for auction, as the word of this spread across Aruba, the usual suspects came out declaring knowledge while secretly demanding money. Many were cons, just trying to get some money out of Van der Sloot or whomever would pay for the lie. But for Paulus there were so many that had to be paid, at any price.

Julia has one main competitor on Aruba. That is Diario-Aruba owned by Jossy Mansur. The Mansur family has a colorful background that has been made very public with the help of Ms. Renfro and her media contacts. Ms. Renfro's background on the other hand has been kept secret.

Let's look at a few things that Ms. Renfro has had to say about this case.

"Locally there was never even a mention or a breath of concern that this was a racial issue nor a status issue," Renfro said. HUMMMMM Does 'locally' mean the Dutch community?

"It was not 200 people protesting. It was 200 people demonstrating what Aruba was about, the friendliness of the island, that Aruba was turning into a welcome mat that was just being absolutely stepped on." So it was NOT a protest but in her next breath she says....
"No question about it. I was there at the protest demonstration. And it was all about, this is who we are. This is our justice system. We believe in our justice system. Let it prevail." OK, Julia which was it? An Unbiased view.

Do you want to guess who the gardener works for? The boss that he told about the suspicious car and the 3 young men hiding in it on the night Natalee disappeared? Can you imagine why this native Aruban was afraid to come forward when his boss said that she would inform her good friend the Chief Police Commissioner.

Some Startling Revelations

After learning of the story about the pond near the Aruba Racquet Club and how law enforcement and the fire department kept Equusearch from the area the more important it became.

Unable to find the handy dandy map I was using, I was forced to do a search and found a very interesting listing that caught my attention. I try very hard to ignore the multitude of real estate listings that invariably come up wheneve I search for a map but this one screamed out at me for some reason. It looked familiar. It appears to be the Van der Sloot home, I am pretty sure about that. So I clicked the See owner's other properties and then found this. When you look at this photo of the home you will see that the side of the house faces the racquetball court, as I have drawn it on the map. You can click on the map to enlarge it. This will give you a better perspective of the areas discussed by the emerging witnesses and this house that appear to belong to the Van der Sloot family or possibly a corporation that Mr. Van der Sloot is involved with. This begs the question, did Joran have access to that house?

3 New Witnesses Come Forward

Today we have learned of 3 new witnesses in the Natalees Holloway case.

The first was introduced to us by Jossy Mansur the managing editor of Diario Aruba. According to his report on the Greta VanSustern show, one of his investigators learned of this witness after a domino game at KIA prison. When an inmate playing againt one of the Kalpoe brothers said "my gardener saw you at the raquet club on the night the girl disappeared between 2:30 and 3:00 AM." Per Mr. Mansur, the reporter tracked down the gardener that was afraid to come forward for at least 3 weeks to say that he was driving home and saw the car parked with the lights off. He almost hit the car and slowed enough to see Joran in the driver seat lean over to hide, One Kalpoe in the front passengerseat and one Kalpoe in the back try to hide, he did not see Natalee. The witness was finally convinced to come forward last night.

The second witness is the one reportes by NBC News which has learned that there is a new witness in the case. This witness claims to know where Holloway's body was placed.

A third witness was reported tonight on Larry King Live by T.J.Ward the private investigator hired by the Holloway-Twitty family. This is a woman that lives in the area of the Aruba Raquet Club which is a new housing development. She recalled seeing a car identical to Deepaks, even describing the custom taillights and custom wheels drive by 3 times one night about 10:00 PM. She found this suspicious as there are few people living in the area and the car drove by 3 times rather slowly. She stated this occured approximately 7 weeks ago, just after Natalee disappeared.

Lorenzo Van Rijn

Very little is really known about the infamous 23 year old Lorenzo Van Rijn but the rumors fly. We have heard that his father is both Paulus Van der Sloot and a man that owned a VW dealership in Aruba that may have committed suicide a few years ago. This photo of Lorenzo was taken on the Tattoo . Photos 112 and 115 include Steve Croes, 116 is of Lorenzo.

We have heard that he lives in the largest house in Aruba and is a big-time drug dealer. His house in Jaraweg has a basement and supposedly some of Natalee's clothes were found there. He is supposed to own a cigarette boat.

What we haven't heard is that Lorenzo Van Rijn and Jaime Carrasquilla are more than likely one and the same person. If you study the comparison photos at the top you'll see the likeness. Granted his hair is bleached blonde and his eyebrows are grown out, he appears to be wearing aplenty of sunscreen to keep his naturally dark complexion from getting more sun than necessary and the oils show in his skin. He may even be donning colored contacts in one photo.

Or he he really blonde and dyes his hair dark and sports a tan to look Columbian, even adopting a Columbian name?

Oh What a tangled Web we Weave

The first time anyone known to be directly involved was approached it was 3:00 AM on May 31, 2005 when several cars pulled up to the Vander Sloot home in Montana Noord, Aruba following polices cars which sounded their siren for a moment to awaken the slumbering Judge Van der Sloot to open the gate. It took several minute before he came outside. He was asked where his son Joran was, Paulus quickly said out gambling with friends. He called Joran then reported that Joran was at the Wyndham Hotel. The group quickly regathered into their waiting vehicles. Paul jumped in with a police officer and they drove to the Wyndham. But there was no Joran.
Having the experience of just reviewing the tapes at the Holiday Inn to see if her daughter was on them, Beth Holloway-Twitty knew to ask if she could review the tapes at the Wyndham to see if her daughter had been there with Joran that night. The room was small and only Mrs. Twittty was allowed in. She alone knew that Joran had not been to the Wyndham at all that night.

By 5:00 AM the group returned to the Van der Sloot home and upon arrival they found Joran and Deepak Kalpoe standing in the front leaning against Deepak's grey Honda. The car described as the one Natalee was seen getting into just 28 1/2 hours ago when she was last seen. That night Joran said "that he took her to the hotel, pulled into the front, and opened the door, and that she got out. And when she got out, she tripped and fell. And then got up, continued to walk into the Holiday Inn hotel". When confronted with the fact that he was not on the security tapes his father and Deepak both told him to say no more.

It was 2:00 PM when the police thought they should talk to the boys a little further. Perhaps they looked at the security tapes at the Holiday Inn for themselves by this time. We are not privy to what Joran said but we do know what the Kalpoes said. "According to testimony from two of the Dutch boy's Surinamese friends, they brought 18-year-old Natalee Holloway to Arashi beach, on the northern tip of the island, but they didn't get out of the car. Instead, Holloway and the Dutch teen, a 17-year-old honors student at Aruba International School, "were in the back seat kissing" in an intimate embrace, the Surinamese brothers said, according to testimony given to police.The brothers told police the young woman was drunk and refused to get out of the car when asked to the three young men said they then drove Holloway back to the Holiday Inn around 2 a.m. and that she stumbled in the parking lot but refused help from her Dutch escort Satish Kalpoe, 18, and his brother, Deepak, 21, told police they last saw Holloway being approached by a man in a security guard uniform before they drove off." These statements are credited to Satish's attorney David Kock.

Approximately June 2nd , Steve Croes volunteers information to police to about the security guards to help his friends.

The Government of Aruba would like to confirm by legal means necessary to guarantee the involvement of the FBI in regards to the investigation about the disappearance of Ms. Natalee Holloway. This involvement is to be all levels, which means that the FBI must have complete access to the dossier, including transcripts, audio tapes or video registration of interrogations, plus all materials that are connected to this case, in as much as our judicial system allows.
In case the current phase of investigation limits mentioned involvement, than the instruction is to use all legal means necessary to allow and even guarantee complete access to the FBI. If external expertise in reference to above is required, you are hereby authorized and instructed to do so.
Lastly, it is imperative that there should not be any doubt at all that Aruban authorities guarantee full cooperation in this case with the American authorities, as has been the case since the beginning, within the boundaries of our judicial system.

From all of the reports I have read it seem the first time the police asked Joran what happened to Natalee it was approximately 5:00 AM May 31, 2005 in the company of Paulus, Deepak, Charles Croes, Jug Twitty, and several others.

"He next told me that he was at Carlos and Charlie's, and that they were dancing. And then that she asked for a ride home."
"He told me that she was coming on to him, and dancing provocatively, and then she said she wanted to have him take her home. He then agreed to that. And they went out, I guess, and they got in the car. She got in the car, and they drove off."

"They made a decision to take her to the lighthouse to show her the lighthouse. They went up to the lighthouse, were there for a little while.
And then she was acting so crazy that he just wanted to take her home, back to the hotel. And that he took her to the hotel, pulled into the front, and opened the door, and that she got out. And when she got out, she tripped and fell. And then got up, continued to walk into the Holiday Inn hotel"

Only they know that she was with Joran, and he ask him a lift to bring her down by the hotel, that she have to drop her off, and seeing that Joran is with them, and he said, OK, it's fine. What he said when she went in the car, did her friends call her or something. And he said, I stopped my car, that if she want to go, it's fine. It's not that, yes, we forced her, or not we, she was with Joran. My son said that she didn't even introduce herself to them, like, hi, I'm Natalee or whatever. She didn't talk a word with my two sons."
"And she was more like friend with Joran. My two sons were in front. Deepak was driving, the next one other side, and Joran was at the back with her. And he didn't say anything. I mean, he's a boy. I mean, if he have her like a girlfriend, he didn't interrupt. He just drive up, and then..."

"He said that they were kissing. And he was getting a little bit upset because he said that he didn't like it in his car, that if you want to make love, go and pay a hotel and go in a hotel room, not in my car."
And then he said my brothers told me, Satish, he's a little more soft and understanding. (INAUDIBLE) yes, they're coming out just — I don't want to say nothing. And then when they reach up somewhere, he said that — I think "Natalee asked that she can see the lighthouse, that she have to leave tomorrow morning, and if they can drive her up there. But he said he don't know if he can go because his car is very low. But he went up. He tried. He said he didn't stop at all because she was drunk. And she was like, Hey, here I am. I want to go back to the hotel."
"They turned around back, what they told me, and they dropped her off by the Holiday Inn. I said, You're sure? He said, Yes, we dropped her. And then they put Joran home, and then they come home. Now that I heard that the story changed. I asked Satish (INAUDIBLE) that Satish, why you guys lie to Mama? Said, Yes, he's our friend, and we tried to lie — that — just, you know, to cover him or something. I said, Are you sure? He said, Yes. Joran asked us to leave him by the Marriott beach with Natalee."
"And that's all. They come home, and they said they don't know further."

What does that sentence mean and why would they plan it into the story before they were arrested? And if it is his car, it must be Deepak that was telling her about using or not using force on Natalee.
This text is telling. It looks like Satish (who is more soft-spoken and understanding) told his mother that Deepak told him to say that she was with Joran and asked Deepak if he would take her to see the lighthouse so they did then went to the Holiday Inn and dropped her off. So they let Joran go. Then they arrested us because it was a lie, we really dropped them off at the beach by the Marriott because Joran asked us to lie and he is our friend.
You have to wonder if Steve Croes was at the Internet Cafe on Sunday evening as it was his usual day off. I keep getting the idea that Satish was not involved in this crime and really does not know very much. It was brought to my attention that PVDS borrowed a car after his vehicles were siezed. That car was a small gray honda with tinted windows similar to the car Natalee was seen getting into. We have assumed that it was Deepaks car. But if there was no forensic evidence in his car this should be looked at again as a possibility. Someone mentioned they thought it was missing the front passenger seat also.

Joran is reported to have told police that he buried Natalee near the fisherman's huts on the beach. But Equusearch found something interesting somewhere else. The missing teenager Natalee Holloway is portrayed in the media as a very correct, innocent, conservative eighteen year old girl that went on a school trip. Not a girl who goes to Aruba to party hard. But is that realistic? Because Aruba is the ‘Loret de Mar’ (The european Aruba) for American youngsters.
‘’You only hear on the Island that she stumbled out of the nightclub completely pissed'’. Oranjestad - Arubans know: thousands of American youngsters come to the Island every month for sex, drugs and alcohol. On Aruba you may, in contrary to the US, drink when your 16 and for a joint you won’t end up in jail. ‘’Here they do everything that cannot and may not do at home'’, tells Gijs van ‘t Hullennaar. He is a manager of come bars and nightclubs, like Moomba Beach, a populair beach hangout adjacent to the Holliday Inn, where Natalee Holloway stayed. According to Van ‘t Hullenaar are the ‘excesses’ committed by Dutch Teenagers in the spanish costal cities like Loret de European European Mar and the isle popular Holiday are not popularing compared what the Americans do on Aruba.

Van ‘t Hullenaar Spanish coastal has met during his career in the bar business many different tourists from many different places. But the Americans are according to him the worst. ‘’The know no boundaries. They drink abnormally much, blow and use more drugs. Even the girls, the are possibly worse than the boys. In America youngster may only use alcohol after their 21th birthday, until then they do not enter a bar. On Aruba there are the much easier dutch rules . ‘’The young Americans do not enter a bar to have a few drinks, no they want to get completely wasted. Sometimes they just put a pile of dollar bills on the counter and ask ‘I want to get drunk as fast as possible’.

In the case of the missing teenager Natalee Holloway the police also talked to Van ‘t Hullenaar Spanish coastal European. ‘’This bar is right next to the Holiday Inn, so there was a great chance that she has been here. But I didn’t saw her that night. In the weekend she disappeared the south beach festival was held here and that drew a big crowd. Who is forcing you to play?

We can hate both when people turn the judicial system into a game. Simply put, it is not a game! Television and legal pundits sit on both sides and commentate as if it were a spectator sport. Attornies hire professional cheerleaders to sway public opinion in their favor. The tiny island of Aruba is no exception. The players start a bit younger and seek a little different thrill. These are the self called "Pimps" of the island. Identified from left to right back row are Giliam Van Der Straaten, Joran Van Der Sloot, Darwin Duberto?, ???, Deepak Kalpoe, Jaime Carrasquilla, ??? Valentjin Van Der Sloot.
The Pimps are the sons of the current power side of Aruba's political spectrum. These boys has been lucky in the past. Partly due to the leniency of having fathers in positions to help them out and partly because they were seen by the general public as above suspician.
Several of the mothers taught at the International School of Aruba (ISA) where the boys attend. ISA is a small private pre-k through high school with approximately 120 students total or 7-8 per grade level. If we really explore the situation, we might find that it is some home schooled children that are recieving grants and international aid to build a new school and for travel to foreign countries etc... (read ripoff other countries including the US). If we listen to Joran's mother who is also a teacher at ISA, Joran was an honor student with advanced placement classes. Yet he was NOT accepted at any major University in the states much less offered any academic scholarships. Do you wonder how badly he must have done on the SAT? Or was it the interview?

The Pimps games

Have as much fun as you can, get as drunk as fast as you can, have all the girls you can, do anything because you can. The gang mentality runs rampant in the "Pimps", you might be fooled by the clothing and face paint. These boys and their familes have one theme in common. They truly hate Americans. They may pretend to like the intrusive Americans because it puts the food on the table but that is exactly why they hate them. American women were good for one thing and only one thing. And the boys enjoyed the frequent visitors to the island. Weekends were particularly fun. a couple boys would get together and hang out at the one of the hotels choosing a target. Once chosen, they make small talk allowing her to believe he is also a tourist. He or his accomplice will learn or overhear where she plans to go later that evening or the next. for an "accidental" meeting. Close to closing time the predator pimp strikes, adding a small amout of extasy. He and his accomplices left with the victim. She was then repeatedly raped. Her memory would be foggy when she awakened on a beach in a foreign country and the police would laugh when she tried to tell what she remembers. But "something BAD happened". It had worked so many times before.

About 200 Arubans protested Tuesday outside a courthouse in the island's capital.Many were angered by remarks made by the mother of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway.

One of the most vocal protesters, John Merriwether was interviewed on Scarborough Country. He told Scarborough " It never started out as a protest either. I would like that to be very, very clear. When I was there, I hadn't heard what the comments of Natalee's mother ..."
In his very next comment he says "Well, you know, it—it—it offended me, also. You cannot—these two boys, I don't know them. I don't know the parents. I don't know anyone involved in this personally. But our justice system, as yours in the states, you are innocent until proven guilty." If Mr. Merriwether did not hear the comments, how was he offended? Which lie should we believe if any?

Beth Holloway expressed concern Tuesday that two Surinamese brothers released from custody might try to leave Aruba and she asked other countries not to help them.
Beth's words echoed the airwaves and streets of Aruba for days. "It is now that I ask the world to help me. Two suspects were released yesterday who were involved in a violent crime against my daughter. These criminals are not only allowed to walk freely among the tourists and citizens of Aruba, but there are no limits where they may choose to travel. I am asking all mothers and fathers in all nations to hear my plea. I implore you, do not allow these two suspects, the Kalpoe brothers, to enter your country until this case is solved. Do not allow these criminals to walk among your citizens. Help me by not allowing these two to get away with this crime. It is my greatest fear today that the Kalpoe brothers will leave Aruba.
I am asking the Aruban officials to notify the United States State Department in the event these suspects try to leave this island. I am asking all nations not to offer them a safe haven. I am asking this in the name of my beautiful, intelligent and outstanding daughter who I haven't seen for 36 days and for whom I will continue to search until I find her. Thank you all so much."

A judge in Aruba has ordered the immediate release of two Surinamese brothers held for nearly a month in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Joran Van der Sloot, the 17-year-old son of a top justice official in Aruba, was ordered held for 60 more days, court officials announced.
Earlier today, attorneys for the three argued that they should all be released, because there wasn't enough evidence to continue holding them. The 3 judge panel agreed.

On Saturday night — in a scene that seemed to sum up every bizarre aspect of the investigation and press frenzy — TV crews chased Paulus Van Der Sloot, a judge, and the father of one of four detained suspects in the case, Joran Van Der Sloot, 17.
The elder Van Der Sloot was coming out of the downtown Oranjestad police station, where he had been brought for questioning in connection with the case.
Seeing the camera crews, he broke into a sprint and a cameraman for CNN caught up to him as he frantically tried to unlock the door of his Mercedes and drive off.
"Mr. Van Der Sloot!" yelled a CNN cameraman. "Why are you running?"

The elder Van Der Sloot was called into police headquarters again Sunday for questioning and was released. His wife, Anita Van Der Sloot, said Friday her husband duty's as a lower level judge have been suspended during the the investigation; but that could not be confirmed Sunday through officials.

Officials who confirmed Monday's release of Antonius "Mickey" John, 30, and Abraham Jones, 28, did not offer any clues to solving the mystery of Holloway's disappearance on the Dutch Caribbean island during a student trip. The release of Antonius "Mickey" John, 30, and Abraham Jones, 28, came a day after Natalee's mother said she believed the security guards were innocent and should be released.

On June 14 Mickey John goes on Scarborough Country and states "Well, he said the story that Natalee had been dropped off at the Holiday Inn was all made up. He said the girl has never been dropped off at the Holiday Inn.
He said (INAUDIBLE) took the girl from Carlos ‘n Charlie‘s, drove to the lighthouse. He, Deepak, was driving the car. His brother was sitting next to him in the front. Natalee was sitting in the back seat, behind Deepak. And the Dutch guy was sitting in the back seat behind his brother. They drove to the lighthouse. He didn‘t say to me what took place at the lighthouse. But he said, on his way back, they dropped the Dutch guy off and Natalee close to the Marriott Hotel. He went home. He went online on his computer. And he said, like an hour after, the Dutch guy sent him an e-mail, like a message on his telephone, on his cell phone, saying that, when he got home, he would communicate with him online also. So, apparently, the Dutch guy was still out when he sent him the message." He was not asked any further questions.

On June 29, he was interviewed by Greta van Susteren again. He told Greta, "Deepak came, and he introduced himself as Deepak. And he said he was being picked up for the missing girl. I felt relief, because I know I can throw a few questions from him to see if I get something from him. ...he certainly was calling me Jamaican. He thought I was from Jamaica. So he was just talking to me freely and, you know, no problem. I spoke to him more, and I tell him, "Tell me the truth," asking, "You saw the guy on the news?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Where the guy from?" He tell me, he think from Grenada. And right away, I knew he was talking about me, because I was the only one from Grenada. So I decided to ask him a few more questions. And I said, "So you tell the guy (INAUDIBLE) what happened to the girl?" He said, "No." (INAUDIBLE) arrested on Thursday. I think a guy should be released that Friday, because, in their hearts, they know we were innocent. He said a story being made up about dropping the girl of at a Holiday Inn, was all something being made up. He, and the Dutch guy, and the Dutch guy's father, they sit and made up the story."

" I don't know who the family consists of. But I know the father was involved, according to him. They made up the story, and they say that they didn't drop the girl off, because they said they would give the police something to (INAUDIBLE) when somebody is missing in Aruba, they would find them a few days later by a crack house or with some beach bum or something.
So they made it up. But then, when push come to shove, and nothing was going on, he decided to tell his brother, "We're going to tell the truth and say exactly what took place," because he — I guess that much, he, by that time, he and the Dutch guy were saying different stories, so something wasn't going right."

"Like I told you, they say like — they were hoping that something the girl would pop up or something, a few days after. And as I said, they drop her off at the Holiday Inn talking to a black guy, security guard dressed in black clothes. Said they know, like, everybody in public knows a tourist has been missing. They would find them a few days later, by, like I said, by some crack house or with some beach bum. So they made up something hoping that she would show up a few day and then they say, "OK, it all good. There she comes."

"Well, he told me — he, all of them, sit and make up the story. He, Dutch guy, and the family. He told me they made up a story that they said they dropped the girl off at the Holiday Inn. She was talking to a black guy, security guard specific, dressed in black pants, black top." "He said family. I'm certain."

"He only said that, while he was home, he went on his computer to chat with some friend. And the Dutch guy sent him a text message on his cell phone saying that when he got home he would also chat with him online. So he said automatically this guy was still out at the time he and his brother was home. He just said — the message said that, when he got home, he would talk to him online. He didn't say anything else."

"Well, to me, he was very, very calm. He spoke very calm. When they open my door to go out and see my lawyer, and passed the front of his cell, he was looking very calm. I would call him every five minutes and say, "Deepak, are you OK?" And he would say, "Yes, I'm OK." So he was very — looked relaxed to me." "Yes, he said, "We would be out soon," but he told me the Dutch guy will remain in custody because he know he was the last — they dropped him off with the girl at the Marriott. And I think he's holding back something, the guy (INAUDIBLE) the father made up the story. He should know what took place."

Something of interest in the Birmingham article "Police have said van der Sloot and the Kalpoes told them they drove Holloway back to the Holiday Inn and dropped her off there after 1 a.m., but no witnesses have confirmed that." Note that the article quoted Jan Van der Straaten several times.

They said they dropped Natalee off at 2:am to the officers that questioned them on Tuesday May 31 at 5:am. That is after 1:am but why a different time?

Deputy Chief Commissioner Gerold Dompig is the lead investigator on the case and he reports the supposed confession then Commissioner Van der Straaten quickly denies it and that story that one of the suspects is leading them to the body. Deputy Commissioner Dompig soon disappears from the case. The rumors that Jan Van der Straaten is Joran Van der Sloot's Godfather begin to circulate. This rumor is finally confirmed on July 23 by an FBI agent that has been in Aruba watching on this case unfold.

Croes said police questioned and released two Surinamese nationals and a native of the Netherlands who said they dropped Holloway off early Monday at the Holiday Inn where she had been staying, rectifying police reports that the three men had been Aruban students. He said the three men were residents of Aruba. The search has not been extended to Venezuela, whose coastline is only 25 miles from Aruba at the nearest point, or the neighboring Dutch island of Curacao, Jan Van der Straaten said. Posters with a photograph of Holloway have been put up throughout island, with a caption reading: "Kidnapped since 1:30 a.m. May 30 (sic)."

With the help of Steve Croes, the Kalpoes and Joran Van der Sloot were able to shift the last known person to be seen with Natalee to the security guards. AFWI.com reports "the whole scene is causing a rift between Arubans with calls of racism."

The first theory is that "people of interest" -- the three men 18-year-old Holloway was last seen with early Monday morning -- may have harmed her.In a joint news conference with the missing student's mother, deputy police chief Gerald Dompig said the second theory is that Holloway may have chosen to disappear "on her own accord" and that still a third theory is Holloway may have been kidnapped. Police have not ruled out any of these theories, adding police are still receiving tips "by the hour."

Authorities have said they talked to the three men who left with her, and the men claim they took Holloway to Arashi Beach before dropping her off at her hotel at about 2 a.m.

"According to testimony from two of the Dutch boy's Surinamese friends, they brought 18-year-old Natalee Holloway to Arashi beach, on the northern tip of the island, but they didn't get out of the car. Instead, Holloway and the Dutch teen, a 17-year-old honors student at Aruba International School, "were in the back seat kissing" in an intimate embrace, the Surinamese brothers said, according to testimony given to police.
The brothers told police the young woman was drunk and refused to get out of the car when asked to.
The three young men said they then drove Holloway back to the Holiday Inn around 2 a.m. and that she stumbled in the parking lot but refused help from her Dutch escort.
Satish Kalpoe, 18, and his brother, Deepak, 21, told police they last saw Holloway being approached by a man in a security guard uniform before they drove off." These statements are credited to Satish's attorney David Kock.

Reward Offered for Natalee Holloway

The reward was quickly upped from $20,000 to $50,000 to $55,000 and has continued to climb. If we look back at June 2, 2005 we might find that on this date Seferino Gregory Croes willingly came into the police station to report that he had seen the gray Honda dropping off a very drunk blonde at the Holiday Inn on Sunday night and he saw her approached by 2 security guards from the Marriott that he knew to routinely harass female tourists as he worked on the Tattoo Party Boat. He was sure he had seen the gray Honda on Sunday night because he was working.

Sometimes we have to look a little deeper to find the truth. Steve claimed not to know the people in the car however pictures tell another story. Steve also claimed to be working on Sunday May 29, 2005 but he forgot to tell Marcus Wiggins, his boss and that lie cost Mr. Croes his job.
Now we should look at why would Mr. Croes want to set up the 2 security guards to take the fall. Did he have a vendetta or was he just hoping to throw suspicion away from his friends?
Most drug smuggling is done in the international waters by planes dropping packages of drugs onto boats or into the water to be picked up later by divers and then brought back to land at night. The easiest way is to have a job that requires you to be on the water at night and returning to the beach area so that you are not suspicious looking. The other option is for drug dealers to sell their wares to people leaving a party boat late in the evening or early morning hours. If Mr. Croes was involved in these types of activities , the security guards would surely have been a hinderance to his livlihood. Playing deejay on a boat a few hours a night is not enought to support a family.
There is reason to believe that Mr. Croes was involved in the lie because he was at Carlos and Charlies on that fateful night. One source close to this story claims that Satish was taken home before Joran was picked up and that the three boys were in fact Deepak, Steve and Joran. This source claims that Steve was at the cyber cafe when Joran called Deepak. Most agree that Mr. Croes supplied the XTC which was used to lower Natalee's inhibitions and get her into the car with the young men.

Early AM

Beth and Jug decide to change the posters to kidnapped instead of missing. Jug's daughter begins to handwrite KIDNAPPED across a several of the posters for Jug's friends to hang while Beth heads to the print shop to have more posters printed.

08:10 AM ISA school begins

Jug's friends go to ISA to hang posters and decide to write "ask Joran VanDerSloot" on the posters. They are stopped by the school's business administrator and asked if they are from the FBI. They answer "no" and refuse to tell him who they are. The schoolmaster then approaches them and invites them into his office. The schoolmaster recalls a meeting with Joran and Paulus VanDerSloot on the day prior, whereas Paulus said to Joran "You have to come clean you've already admitted you had relations with Natalee and you know we need to tell the true story". The headmaster then interjected that he had heard "the video tape at the hotel had a break in it so that's why they didn't see him pull up in the front of the Holiday Inn" and he had also heard "they may have been swimming and and she hit her head". The time of this meeting is unclear but it is believed to be in the morning.

02:00PM Joran and the Kalpoe brothers are questioned at Police station and point to one security guard in dark pants and a dark shirt with a walkie talkie that walked up to Natalee after they dropped her off at the Holiday Inn.

Police Commissioner Jan Van der Straaten freed the three young men after taking their statements. When he was later questioned for his motives for releasing the last men known to be with Natalee he claimed it was a "strategic move". To this day it does not appear that any evidence was collected from the Kalpoe car at that time, not even photos. The phones were hopefully tapped but that remains very doubtful.
